St. Paul's Convent School Rawan was founded by the Diocese of Jalandhar. The diocese of Jalandhar is an association registered under the societies registration act XXI of 1860 vide No. 134 of 1957-1958. The objective of association is to perform works of charity, spiritual and corporal, to defuse social, moral, religious and secular knowledge etc., through its various religious, charitable and educational institutes. Keeping this view it owns and conducts a number of kindergartens, primary schools, High School and Higher Secondary School both in English and local Mediums in the Punjab and Himanchal Pradesh, Under the dynamic leadership of his Excellency Rt. Rev. Dr. Franco Mulakkal, Bishop of the Diocese of Jalandhar. Every effort is made to reach quality education even to the remote villages where educational rights of the people are neglected due to various reasons. Furthering the cause of development of our nation the Diocese attempts, in its own humble way, to remove bondages of illiteracy and ignorance from the people.
Diocese Board of education has been constituted for the general administration and smooth functioning of these institution. All educational, managerial and administrative policies are made by this Board in consultation with the Directors and Principals of the member institution who are the over-all-incharges of a particular institution in a particular place.
